"The 5th RF Presidents Weightlifting Cup" was complited in Grozni (Chechen Republic) at 13 of decembre 2015.

 

This competition took place for 2 days from 12 to December 2015 in the Sport Complex "Olympic". There were participated athletes from 20 countries, including Russia, China, Kazakhstan, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Latvia, the US, Lithuania, Spain, France, Bulgaria and others. Presidents cup of this year were greater than previous 4 years of competitions.

The host broadcaster, forming TV signal of each tournament day, was the Chechen Television and Radio Broadcasting Company "Grozny" (hereinafter CHGTRK). CHGTRK engineers prepared a full set of HD TV graphics for workstation "Atlas-Sport" (INTV production). For automatically data receive from official scoreboard and timing system IWF (International Weightlifting Federation) was adapted «Sport-Proxy-System» software (INTV production).

Engineers from St. Petersburg arrived for training and technical support one day before TV broadcasting start.

TV signal was broadcasted on "NTV Plus Sport" and realized periodic implementation on "Match TV".

INTV company performed the following work:

• Implemented the official IWF protocol to «Sport-Proxy-System» software, which receives, converts and transmits data from scoreboard and timing system to "Atlas-Sport" station.
• Educated CHGTRK engineers to work in weightlifting competitions.
